The Jackson Laboratory interview questions

It was a thorough, detailed process at many levels, starting from email interaction with the recruitment manager, followed by informal and formal interaction with the lead investigator. Finally, interviews were scheduled with the co-guides, future collaborators and lab mates after a 45 min of presentation of the previous work. The behaviour of all people during the interview process was professional yet friendly.

The interviewing process consisted of three steps which are HR interview, scientific interview and last interview in person. In my experience, the hiring process took about 1 - 2 months.
