I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The RealReal (Secaucus, NJ) in Jul 2017
Interview
They show you around the whole warehouse then drop you off at the photography department to dress the mannequin for several shots. You get to talk to some of the employees there and see what a "typical" day looks like. They go over the contract and the requirements for the job. It's an extremely easy job to get as the turnover rate is insanely high. Read some of the reviews on this site and you'll see what its like.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The RealReal (Phoenix, AZ) in Jan 2022
Interview
Interview was extremely short and I didn't get the job, was very awkward. I was given a tour of the studio after the interview which seemed like a waste considering the interview was extremely short so their minds were already made.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The RealReal (Secaucus, NJ) in Nov 2021
Interview
Interviewed for position, perfectly qualified according to their specs but passed over for obvious age discrimination. Now they're advertising same position, same location - "no experience necessary". Beware, all applicants: rigged.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at The RealReal (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2020
Interview
I got a messagem from Jaynie on indeed telling me to check out the opportunity and it was a great opening so I tried it out. Jaynie called me, we scheduled an interview, I went to the warehouse where Michelle received me and showed me around, they were all so friendly and outgoing! The day after going to the warehouse they called me and told me I was accepted so it was pretty fast and awesome!
