Applied online, got an email back set up phone interview. Followed by interview with head of copy following week. Overall 2 week process. Quick and efficient, easy test followed by tour. Maybe 30 minutes top.

Question 1
Knowledge of fashion brands and fimilarity with international sizing
Very easy. They asked like 3 questions (favorite designer, are you interestedi in fashion, do you work better on a team or individually) and called me the same day to offer me the job.
No follow up and quick interview. Barely any questions asked and confusion over job that was being offered. Could not give a timeline and didn’t seem interested in my answers
