Interview
In an easy interview, I usually feel more relaxed and comfortable. The questions tend to be straightforward, giving me the chance to share my experience and skills without feeling too pressured. Instead of tricky or overly technical questions, the interviewer focuses on understanding my fit for the role and how my background aligns with their needs. It feels more like a conversation than a test, which allows me to express myself more naturally. I find that these interviews create a positive atmosphere where I can confidently showcase my strengths and connect with the interviewer.
