I applied online. I interviewed at The RealReal (Grayson, GA) in Apr 2021
Interview
I applied online and got an email a couple of days later inviting me to provide my availability for an interview. There was a link to click that takes you to a page to give availability options. I got another email with the day and time of the interview, which would be over the phone with a recruiter. On the day of the interview, the recruiter called 15 min late but the call was only 10 min. She asked me about my experience and told me about the position. She told me that the position involves a lot of creativity, working independently and is fast-paced. She asked if I would still be interested and I said yes. She told me that the next step would involve creating a mood board and I would hear from someone mid-week. The next day I got an email saying the position was filled, but it is still posted.
