Interview
It was a fairly basic behavioral interview for a summer associate position in the Washington DC office. "Tell us about a time when you were a leader of a team," "why do you want to work at the Washington Post," etc. I was coming from a prior newspaper in the area, working in business development and ad sales department, so I felt like I could speak a certain level of the lingo. I was not offered a second interview but it wasn't a top choice of mine, so it all worked out!
