apply online, I reached out to the person I wanted to work for. I had to get drug tested, have a physical done and a TB test, which was all paided by the YMCA
It was simple and straight forward. Asked about prior experience, strengths, weaknesses and there were a few additional questions that were asked by the interviewer about specific on the job situation.
If i was describing the interview process id say it was very easy as they just ask you personanlity questions and how you would descalate a situation or work in a team enviornment
