Two interviews. First over the phone which was just getting to know me and my work experience. Second was with two managers and was asked more situational questions. Both Interviews were casual, and all interviewers were sociable.

You must fill out the application, successfully have an interview, fill out more paperwork and another interview in addition to drug tests and a fingerprinting.
