I applied through a job ad that I came across during a google search for the position and got emailed two days later to set up a time for an interview. I came in for the interview, met with the supervisor of the program who showed me the facilities, and then sat down for a one-on-one interview where we discussed my previous experience with children, why I wanted to work for the YMCA, etc.
