I started as a temp through Aerotek at one facility, distinguished myself there, and was offered an opportunity to interview at another contract for a temp-to-hire position. Did a basic phone interview, then an in-person interview with who would become my immediate supervisor, as well as with the Project Director and Assistant Project Director. Was offered the position after about a week. Required a drug test.
