Internal position, interviewed with HR, QA director, QA mangers and managers of technical department. All interviews were in person. The process initially took a month before receiving an offer. The interviews were scheduled individually and not a panel.

Very straight forward. Applied on the website and heard back less than a month for the phone interview. A site interview was scheduled later that next week. Met with the director, manager, other supervisor, and HR. Each section was 30 minutes. HR focused more on behavior hypotheticals while the other 3 asked more questions about technical skills and experience.
