I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific (Eugene, OR)
Interview
Extremely dragged out (not just for this position), the questions were super convoluted and in one case the interviewer did not even remember his own question anymore (at the end of his 5 minute sentence) and the recruiters were minimally responsive. I also found it borderline unethical when I was asked about specific ideas I had for products. From what I heard afterwards is that this job and a lot of jobs in general go to internal candidates anyway and it felt a bit like being taken advantage of and more like an opportunity to pick external candidates brain. Hence, I won’t bother applying there anymore. What I did appreciate though is that the manager personally reached out with a very nice message to let me know that they decided on another candidate.
I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific (Hesston, PA)
Interview
Missleading, inaccurate, not realistic. promised everything and delivered nothing. Very sad I was so hopeful and happy to try and have a career there but it was a was of time and so much stress.

Question 1
Honestly dont remember but they were just S.T.A.R questions.
It was a terrible interview process. Made me do several rounds of interviews with a constant rotation of recruiters. Incredibly unprofessional with no updates for months. Only decided to close my application when I followed up. One of the interviewers was also incredibly negative about his experience at Thermofisher Scientific, often commenting, "people here aren't future-forward thinking".
This is bureaucracy at its finest, and I would recommend anyone applying to Thermofisher Scientific to have a 10-foot pole distance from them. They will make you go through a roller coaster for nothing.
Phone screen with the recruiter, then a video call, followed by an on site panel interview. The panel interview had 5 different people in 30 minute blocks, with potential coworkers and HR.
