Interview
Good process. A lot of technical quesitons. Friendly interviewer. Recently acuqired by Thermo, so hiring process may be stricter than previous. Did not receive an offer, but admittedly was not as qualified, a bit of a reach for me.

Interview was okay with usual questions. They asked me about my current role, experience, my background and education, family and some basic expectations.Nothing stood out except one question which was about the role itself.

Question 1
They asked me to explain the role I was to be hired for without introducing the role itself except the role name. That was a bit wierd as the role scope under BD migth be quite broad depending on the company and specific goals. Without that context which was not provided it felt strange to share my thoughts which apparently were not matching what interviewers kept in mind.
