Interview
Fairly straightforward process with guidance along the way. Typical behavioral questions are the bulk of the content. Very important to understand exactly what Third Bridge and their clients do. Second round was a "case" style interview, I would know what job titles are responsible for and the types of questions different job functions can answer. I messed up on this part but was able to recover and move on to the final round which was all behavioral again.

Amazing interview, amazing process, lot of learning and growing just in half an hour of talking to the recruiter. Seems like a good company with a good work environment. Hope this other rounds go as well as the first one did

Question 1
Describe a situation where you had a lot of competition, how you went about it and what was the result
The interview process with Third Bridge was structured, professional, and thoughtfully designed to assess both technical and interpersonal strengths. It began with an initial screening, which was a resume-based interview where they got to learn more about my background and interest in the Client Services role. This was followed by a case study interview, where I was presented with a client scenario and asked to walk through how I would create a value-chain analysis, identify expert profiles, and deliver a mock phone call. This helped demonstrate skills as well as prepared me for what I would be doing in this role.
The final round was a conversation with a senior leadership team member, which focused on my long-term career goals, what I hope to gain from a summer internship, and key college or work experiences that have shaped me. I was also encouraged to ask questions, making it a two-way conversation and giving me insight into the company culture and growth opportunities.
Overall, the process was fast-paced yet supportive, and it gave me a strong impression of Third Bridge’s values and team dynamic
