Thumbtack interview questions

The entire interview process was straightforward and efficient. The recruiter was thorough in explaining the nuances of the role and steps of the interview process during our initial call. After the technical interview (online challenge via Hackerrank), he prepped me for the virtual onsite and made sure I felt confident and prepared. (I'm interviewing at several different companies and many of them don't even offer a prep call or guidance along the way.) This left me with a really positive impression about Thumbtack overall. I didn't receive an offer, but my experience throughout the process was positive and the recruiter said he would let me know if they other roles open where I might be a better fit, which I appreciated. Keeping my fingers crossed to hear from them in the future.

1. Coding round 2 On-site ( series for 5 interviews) Interviewers doesn’t know what to ask and they are more concentrated on what work they are doing currently . Hope they understand the projects inside organization are done with multiple brain storming sessions which might not be feasible for the candidate to explain in 45 mins of interview .
