Straightforward. Started with a recruiter screen, takehome, and a subsequent panel with the hiring manager. Did the takehome and got rejected. Asked for feedback and received no response. Poor experience overall. Very disappointing.

After the panel interviews, I had a brief 30-minute meeting with the Senior Director of the department. Throughout the entire process, Craig stayed in close contact, readily answering any questions and guiding me through each step. His consistent support made the experience smooth and stress-free.
