Everything was pretty good in terms of my experience. They give you the tools you need to succeed. Such as the community guidelines to study and a set of questions to prepare answers (you won’t get asked all of them, it’s it’s prep) The recruiter was super nice and encouraging and the 2 panel interviews were overall pretty good. The First Lady i interviewed with was laid back, nice, and helpful. The 2nd one was a little more cut throat, however I felt like i managed to get through it pretty well. It wasn’t until I was notified by the recruiter that I was being rejected that I felt really taken a back. She provided me with the direct feedback from both interviewers. The first one was pretty spot on with how I usually do and perceive myself: nervous at first but as I progressed became more forthcoming and very personable. She enjoyed speaking with me. The 2nd interviewer’s feedback was honestly complete slander. She stated that I was super scripted and that I seemed super cocky and had an attitude answering questions. That she found it troubling that i memorized the community guidelines and wouldn’t need training and that i was not someone she wanted to manage. I’ve never received such horrible and inaccurate feedback from an interview in my whole career. That’s not how our interview went at all and it really crushed my spirit to read what she said. I find it troubling that the feedback from them directly contradicted the other. I feel like it should have been a red flag to see how positive one persons feedback was juxtaposed with the harsh negative one. I also don’t appreciate being provided the information to succeed and actually studying it and having it thrown in my face that it’s a negative quality that I did my homework. Getting the feedback really hurt my feelings and changed my whole perspective of the company. I really was excited about the role and the company.
