I applied online. I interviewed at TikTok in Feb 2026
Interview
The process was very quick. I had an HR call (external compny), the interview with the hiring manager after 3 days and then very quickly a final interview with the Head of Germany. Interview questions weren't easy. The tone was quite neutral. The last interview was run in the rush. There was a limited space left for questions. Mostly disappointing was no feedback at the end, just the automated "no reply" rejection message. Despite asking for some feedback, I haven't heard back. Meantime, TikTok sends you the feedback surveys after each interview...

Priority management, strategy implemention example in big vs small markets
Hr called me, asked me a few questions, intro, why you leave your current company, are you actively looking for new opportunities etc. The interview progress is smooth, and pass me to hiring manager round very smoothly.
5 stages, very long process but they do it quickly if they want you. good compensation, very good benifits. the interviews are also not horrid, they ask reasonable questions. oh my god why does it need to be so long
The interview process for the Account Manager role at TikTok was straightforward and professional. It began with an initial recruiter screen, followed by a more technical round focused on account management. The team provided clear insights into their structure and expectations, making the entire experience feel organized and transparent from start to finish.
