We have been talking about an hour for the first round. Unfortunately I am not able to move on to next three rounds to get the offer. Overall the process is smooth but the question they asked during interview
Question thais is being asked personally feel it is to know what your company do in the past (perhaps I am too sensitive but this is first time to me) instead of what you do. For example, could you tell me how your company do in such situation from your observation, how do you guys train people and ensure the people is qualified to do their job (the job I apply is not related to people management), how do you guys ensure the solution is correct when offer to market (again, I am not the decision maker in the past based on my job scope).
I would say HR is a cover of a company.
