After applying on a bytedance link, a first call is scheduled to discuss 10 minutes about the position. A second video call with a manager help understand your motivations, your background.

Walk me through your thinking process to conduct content moderation and quality assurance in your past work experience.
Easy and smooth process. 4 stages interviews so be ready to WAIT as it’s a very long process, I think it was a couple of months for me before I got the offer.
