Hiring manager was hostile seems to only be looking for people who are very executional and have had exactly the same background as what they are hiring for. I would say the hiring manager is quite close minded as transferable skills are not taken into account. Not much strategic thinking required for the job just need to be willing to hustle and grind a lot.
Hr called me, asked me a few questions, intro, why you leave your current company, are you actively looking for new opportunities etc. The interview progress is smooth, and pass me to hiring manager round very smoothly.
