Interview
First step is a call with a screener. You will have a few more interviews before a decision is made. The interviews were fairly straight forward. One of these interviews will more than likely be with an executive from the China office, so be prepared for the time difference.
Hr called me, asked me a few questions, intro, why you leave your current company, are you actively looking for new opportunities etc. The interview progress is smooth, and pass me to hiring manager round very smoothly.
5 stages, very long process but they do it quickly if they want you. good compensation, very good benifits. the interviews are also not horrid, they ask reasonable questions. oh my god why does it need to be so long
