The recruiter initially reached out but then completely ghosted me. It’s been really hard to even land an interview with them, despite being a former employee. Honestly, I’m not sure what my ex manager might’ve written in the system..maybe flagged me or something like that. From what I can tell, they seem way more interested in referrals. If you don’t have one, it’s just really tough to get through the door. Kindly review your hiring system again
