They ghosted me after 2 interviews. I still don't know what happened, and I never got a response. I had two interviews out of three but at the second interview they changed the title and couldn't explain anything.
I completed 4 rounds with the team. I received a call at the end that there was a restructuring happening with the team which might jeopardize the role I interviewed for and that I did not get the role.
Both recruiter and HM phone interviews were surprisingly short, recruiter 5mins, HM 30mins. Didn't ask any questions about my experiences. HM asked me to ask HM questions :o. After asked about the position and expectations, HM's answers didn't address my questions. It gave me impression that the HM might be newer on HM position.

Only focused on high level open questions, not sure what they were looking for. When checked with HM about expectations to the team and the position, got very vague response, something like wlb and diversity. Sigh!
