Three rounds of interviews:
1) Initial screening with recruiter
2) Phone screen with a Business Systems Analyst
3) Onsite interview with a few members of the team
Interview process was pretty seamless. Phone screen with the recruiter was behavioral. Phone screen with the BSA was around my problem solving skills. Onsite interview was a few rounds including a few mini case studies. I thought I did well on the interview, but they ended up choosing someone with more Salesforce experience over me. I had to reach out to the recruiter for them to reject me, so that was off-putting.
