Got an email from a recruiter after submitting my resume online, followed by a quick chat about how the process works - five interviews, all scheduled in a block. One cancelled, one rescheduled, and one showed up at the incorrect time. It was fortunate that I had left the link open or I would have missed the last interview altogether.
The interviewees I spoke to were professional, genial, and absolutely clear about what the job entailed. They concentrated most on the "company fit", ensuring that I had the temperament and personality for the position. They also wanted to know if I had any overarching knowledge of the industry - their competitors, clients, employees, etc - to see what knowledge I brought to the table.
