I was contacted after applying online and they got back with me quickly. I enjoyed the screen with the tech recruiter, he was honest and down to earth (can't say that about many people in tech) I decided to interview with this company because I had heard they have fair and nice people. I was told I did well on the technical screen (next in the process) but will not be moving forward. I can't wait for the day when employers realize that not every person is going to fit in a box and hiring people from all backgrounds will be what sustains these companies. Employers stop wasting peoples time.
