4 rounds of interviews, which all went very well, made it to the final round. Felt connected with each participant. Focused on behavioral "tell me about a time you..." type questions nothing too difficult. The interview process itself was positive. My reason for leaving a negative rating is due to the lack of commitment to offering feedback. In the "we won't be moving forward" email I was asked if I'd like feedback on the decision and areas of opportunity. I immediately said "yes" and was told the hiring manager would reach out with their notes. It's been 3 weeks and no response. Don't offer feedback if you're not going to follow through.
