Very organized and transparent. You get access to all the information needed to be well prepared for each step. Each interviewer is respectful. However, the last step, which is about the culture, seems a bit pointless since the person in charge showers up unprepared for the discussion.

The first interview was fantastic and the second interview was with an actual account manager and was more in detail with questions about previous positions I had on my resume.

She was very through and detailed about asking questions. She actually asked the same question 3 times in different ways on how I go about nurturing and maintaining clients.
