Straight forward interview, very informal. I actually had 3 seperate interviews and everyone was friendly and professional. However, given the company profile, I expected them to be a bit more responsive. After my final interview I was told that they would get back to me either way within a week. I followed up twice and still didnt hear anything after two weeks. Finally after more than a month, I sent one last email to the manager that I interviewed with and then received a short, but polite rejection email from HR. It was obvious after so much time that I had not gotten the job, I was just very surprised with the lack of response from a company that otherrwise seemed very professioinal. I am not sure who dropped the ball in this situation, HR or the manager. Nevertheless, I am not sure that I would apply for another position with Toptal due to this experience.
