The first round was 2-on-1 and consisted of typical behavioral questions and basic questions regarding financial statements as well. The second round was 4 different 1-on-1 interviews that took a bit more rigorous form in which more technical insurance questions were asked as well as more in-depth behavorial questions and scenario-based inquiries.

Interview
Interviewed on campus with typical behavioral and basic finance questions. Invited to Hartford for final interviews, which consisted of 3 45 minute interviews, a lunch break that may have been an interview too, and then a final 45 minute interview. 50/50 mix of behavioral and finance questions ranging from financial statements to a hypothetical client.
