Travelers Inbound Phone Manager interview questions

The interview process consisted of a phone screening by HR followed up with a first round of interviews with 4 people (2 sessions). I was then asked back for a second round of interviews with 7 more people (3 sessions). All together, I met with 11 people for a position that was not even a high level position. They didn't even coordinate their questions, so I was answering the same questions over and over again.
