This was probably the best hiring process, but also the longest. The first was a phone screening. Basically going over the position, asking me if I was still interested. The main question I remember was "tell me the best thing about your last three jobs." That was probably the hardest on the phone screening. Then there was the 3 hr test. I had to go to the building, and it was compiled of 6 tests. The first one was just your personality. Then it was writing a mock email to someone in the department, and it had to be 250-300 words in length. You had 15mins to do it. Then there was math, spelling, etc. It was hard, but not really, I don't know, I didnt know if I was going to make it or not. But they did call me for a panel interview. I went in, spent the first half our with an employee who takes calls, listened to him, asked a few questions of my own, then moved to an interview office. They asked complex questions, but they called me in 3 days, and I got the job!
