The interview process moved quickly once I got through the initial screen. It was made up of 4 stages: phone screen with the recruitment manager, 1st round in-person with the hiring manager, 2nd round in-person with the executive hiring manager and a 3rd round in person interview with executive general management as the final stage. I felt that I was well informed before coming into the office on what to expect in the interview, who I would be meeting with, the length of the interview, etc. A significant aspect to my interview happened before the my 1st in-person interview while I was waiting in the front of the office. Every person that came by asked how I was doing, if I needed anything, if who I was meeting with knew I was there... which was different from other offices I had interviewed at where people either ignored you or kind of looked at you funny and kept walking. It was clear from the initial interview that this is a very friendly environment to work in.
