I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at TriNet (Pleasanton, CA) in Aug 2017
Interview
Phone call with Recruiter, Phone call with Sales Manager, In person with Sales Manager, Networking Event, In person with VP. Was asked to speak with peers, after networking event one coworker got my phone number and continued to asked me to hang out outside of work. I thought it was really inappropriate. The sales manager loved me and once I got to the VP I got rejected after calling again and again to ask my recruiter what the feedback was. The reason for my rejection was an invalid reading of my numbers. I corrected my numbers then was sent to have an interview with another phone manager who was very rude to me over the phone. She asked me a question and my answer was wrong, although it was the same answer as hers but in different words. There was some other reason they did not want to hire me and weren't telling me about it, and it had nothing to do with my experience.

Question 1
Walk us through a complicated deal you have closed before
I basically prepared for an interview they either weren’t hiring for, or they needed another candidate to interview to say they did so. Neither manager wanted to be on the call. The energy was evident immediately.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TriNet (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2024
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me, met two days later, met with directors within the week. Whole process was quick and organized. The recruiter was thorough and outlined the whole process for me on the first call. I knew exactly what to expect.

Question 1
They asked my why I wanted to work at TriNet. This was probably because they are a less well-known company in a crowded industry.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at TriNet (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2024
Interview
I went through about 4-5 calls over a 4-5 week period. I passed each step rather quickly, but then came thr follow up. I was pretty much told that I had the position by the recuiter, and was even emailing with the VP. After a few emails back and forth and being told I pretty much got the job, I was completely ghosted. I reached out to the people that interviewed me as well as the recruiter, and nothing! Only to get an email weeks later from the VP stating that they weren't hiring for the position anymore.
