I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at TriNet (Hyderābād) in Feb 2026
Interview
3 rounds. First 2 rounds initial screening with Senior Accountant and Director, then 3rd round with US Managers.
Each round is conducted based on previous round feedback. Mostly move quickly. completed all rounds with a week. Only 3rd round may take time because of time zone coordination.
Very smooth and enoyable process. Recruiter was top notch. Communicative and kept me up to speed on the process. Process was average length. Interviewed with 5-6 managers and lasted about 6 weeks.
The interview process was fairly standard. I had a phone screen with HR followed by two video calls with the hiring manager. They asked about my sales experience and background. The whole process took about three weeks from start to finish.
