Steer clear!! Unless you want your time absolutely WASTED! Had a great first call with the recruiter who prepped me for the process to take 2 weeks from start to finish; it took 7 weeks in total with 2 surprise in-person meetings, which were not previously discussed. I got only possitive feedback from every single person I spoke to and had a great rapport with the hiring manager. 2 business days after meeting the National VP of Sales in person I got an Auto Rejection. Honestly, how dare you treat candidates like that!! That's a deplorable tactic. Worst yet, I got in touch with the hiring manager days later, and his feedback was "lack of industry experience"...I'm sorry but the time to make that decision isn't at the end of a grueling 7-week process; this should have eliminated me at the start, so that was a huge cop out. What was peculiar was that there was no mention of moving forward with another candidate, which, to be honest, I knew, with how disorganized the process was, there was no way they could maintain a pool of candidates all at once. 2 months after getting rejected ANOTHER recruiter reached out to me for the SAME opening and you bet I checked their website and it was NEVER FILLED. How EMBARASSING. An absolutely atrocious process. Also, I dodged a bullet from what a current colleague of mine who previously worked for them told me. Leave this company on "read".
