TriNet Sales Consultant interview questions

They were very positive about my background and bringing my skills to an industry I knew nothing about. The background check is a little intense but it all worked out.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL CONTINUOUSLY DRAW OUT THE INTERVIEW PROCESS WITH ZERO REGARD FOR YOUR TIME & EFFORT AND WILL HAVE NO ISSUE REPEATEDLY LYING TO YOU! The Internal Recruiters will not show up to scheduled touch base calls, or response to email, phone calls or texts in a timely matter whatso ever. After going through a 3 separate interview process and then proceeding to the Reference Check process, (which entailed providing 5 references, 2 of which must be direct supervisors). These references were then required to complete a 32 question survey within 24 hours in order to complete the reference process. A full 3 days later, I was then sent a mass templated email stating they would not be continuing with me in the interview process. When I was able to speak to the internal Recruiter, she informed me they chose another candidate with specific HR experience. Clearly, they knew that well before the Reference process, so again they simply have NO regard for you or your multiple reference's time. Basically, they continued to chose to lie to me instead of actually letting me know when I wasn't selected to continue forward in the process. Instead the Recruiter told me that if she could help me in any other way, she would. YET ANOTHER LIE, because since last week I have called the Recruiter 3 separate times of the course of 3 days and have not received a response. Clearly, I DODGED A MAJOR BULLET BY NOT WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY AS IT APPEARS TO BE A TOXIC CULTURE COMPANY! WORD OF ADVICE, WATCH OUT & THINK TWICE ABOUT WORKING FOR THESE SCUMBAGS!
