I didn't know where else to put this review, so I'm writing it here. I have been reached out to by two different recruiters from TriNet on two separate occasions and each time I tell them I'm interested in the opportunity, they never get back to me.
A huge part of being a successful recruiter is following up with people and I have yet to see that from TriNet. It's fairly easy to email 1000+ people a day through a CRM, but when there is not follow up those outbound emails are entirely meaningless.
The interview process was about two weeks long from what I remember. After about three or four calls I was contacted by the senior hiring manager for my final Interview. Incredible people to learn from and work beside.
Great, very collaborative and inclusive. I was able to speak to team member and others in the same role, so I met my coworkers beforehand to see if the chemistry was good
