Interview
Terrible experience. Four different recruiters all canceling interviews last minute for “emergencies”. After rescheduling, first recruiter stated the position was not remote even thought it was stated as such on the career website. Second recruiter canceled our interview without notifying me. They justified it saying they were no longer in charge of the position and sent me to yet another recruiter. Third recruiter was lovely and we had a great interview. That third recruiter ghosted me right after that interview. I had yet again a callback from that first recruiter since I reapplied. She did not remember speaking to me and miraculously the position was remote but when she realized I had already interviewed for this position, she proceeded to add some extras on the job description and apologized that it was not a good fit without giving me a chance to speak. When I inquired about the ghosting she “checked on the system” and I was not selected but she could not see a reason since I was qualified for it. She then sent me the e-mail for the other recruiter for me to inquire further about why I was ghosted. My fourth recruiter just canceled our interview for a family emergency. Unorganized, unprofessional and unapologetically uncaring. It really is a waste of time for any professional.
