Two step interview process, or three. First being the initial conversation initiating employment, dropping off resume. Second lapse after a call back to meet and interview with assistant store manager . and the 3rd interview was most critical with regional store manager

It was very easy and thorough, I didn’t need second interview! I was there for three years. The staff is great as well as management. I was only asked three questions and my experience.
