I heard the interview process is quite slow, and it definitely lived up to its reputation. The interview process took 4 months total. I would often wait 4-6 weeks for someone to get back to me between interviews, even with following up. If you're looking for a job quickly, this might not be the right company. I was thrown off a bit because the position was advertised as fully remote but then during the interview process, the HR advised it was going to be in office. Additionally, the salary was about $30,000 less than my current job which is the exact same position at a different company. That is a huge variance in pay scale which made me question the opportunity. There were multiple interviews with various managers and directors. Everyone I spoke with was kind, welcoming and easy to talk to. The interview style was informal but they did ask specific questions about industry knowledge, STEM , and questions related to experience.
