Initial phone screen with HR was fairly standard. The initial phone interview with the hiring manager was not challenging and focused entirely on questions about my resume experience. The onsite interview process was with 4-5 business stakeholders plus the hiring manager, in succession. Everyone was very friendly and upbeat, clearly they all loved working there. Typical SF start-up feel and culture, young & hip and fast paced. There were no real difficult interview questions, although one interviewer managed to disrespect the fact that I stayed at companies so long (4-6 years) rather than what normally happens in the dot.com world. In the dot.com world, I guess it's a bad thing now if you don't move around a lot. Go figure, I thought loyalty and wanting to grow with an organization still actually counted for something, but apparently not. At any rate, overall decent interviews but no offer.
