I had the worst interview ever in my life. I became very upset, letdown, and traumatized with the company. It fell short too much into my concept. I was interviewed into so called “Non-Technical Interview” by a “Pre Sales Specialist”. What a lack of humanity on reducing me into just a product to be sold to the called “clients”. He didn’t handle my disability well (I have ASD) and the interviewer didn’t like my accent, since I’m not a native English speaker, as well him. I was nervous because I were in a hurry to format my resume and send a email to another recruiter I had a positive outcome with. I am afraid of getting discriminated by the basis of disability and nationality. Since then, my account is messed up, I can’t apply to any jobs and I am strongly considering deleting my account for good after the fiasco.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Turing
Interview
The interview was conducted online and was mainly conversational. It focused on understanding my approach as a full stack developer and how I handle different aspects of building and maintaining applications. Overall, it was a balanced process that tested both my fundamentals and problem-solving mindset.
