I applied through a referral. I was quickly contacted for an initial HR phone call. After that, I was sent a Hackerrank challenge. After completing the code challenge, I had a 1 hour technical phone interview. After that, I did a remote on-site and met 4 different employees. A Software Engineer asked technical questions; a Product Manager asked high-level design and feature questions; a People Operations employee asked behavioral questions; lastly, a backend Software Engineer asked database questions. After completing the onsite, the manager of the team reached out to me for a final conversation. The primary goal of the final call was to answer any questions I had before I received the official offer. What stood out to me was that I think the employees really did care about my personality and how I would add to their existing culture. This interview process indicates to me the type of working environment that actually exists at the workplace. However, setting up some of the time slots for the interviews was hectic and a lot of rescheduling happened. Other than that, I had a pleasant experience.
