Interview
I started back when it was Customs. I waited about four years to get hired. They set me up for a panel interview. The panel wants to see how you would perform if you were hired.

Interview
They purposefully try to give you a hard time and fluster you so you have difficulty keeping your composure and answering the questions. Very vague questions and experience overall. Virtual interviews are uncomfortable.

Pre-employment phase is long. Lots of questionnaires to fill out and assessments. You watch a few videos to guide you. Overall I think it’s something I want to get into because my main goal is to become an immigration services officer
