Very casual and friendly, the interview felt a lot more like a conversation than an interview which was refreshing. One short 30 minute Zoom call to chat about past experience and plans for the future, then received a decision via email ~1.5 weeks after.

Question 1
Background, plans for the future, elaborating on experience relating to labwork.
Phone and then zoom interview. The interview was average and pleasant. First there was an HR phone call, then a call with the supevisor, then a zoom interview with a couple of employees. The last round of interview is with the manager themselves.
Got an interview from a biomechanics lab. It was mainly focused on their research topics and gauging if it fits my background. I only shared my background for 15 minutes, and that was enough for them to make decisions.
