Needed to attend the orientation in order to receive the online application. After submitting an application with a few short answer questions, you interview was an MMI style with four questions and a minute to answer each question.

4 panelists with 4 care extenders ina. room and they asked questions while you rotated with other care extenders, there were different topics for each question, and were all randomized.
