UCLA Health Management interview questions

I have applied for several positions with UCLA as I was referred by two acquaintances of mine that work for UCLA. If you know someone that works at UCLA, you'll definitely get in. It seems to me that a lot of unqualified candidates get into UCLA. Both my acquaintances were not qualified nor had the necessary experience to be considered for their jobs but because friends of theirs work at UCLA, they talked to the hiring managers. A very faulty system.
