Group interview with questions about team building and general experience in advising students/families. Lots of activities where you take space to speak and make space for others to share. Very encouraging and fun type of interview.

Group interview with groups of 8, working on an activity and individual Q&A, as well as an elevator pitch at the end asking us to give advice to new students.
